What information do you need from me to begin?

I'll need some basic details about your business, your goals, and any specific challenges you're facing. If you have existing branding or marketing materials, those would be helpful too. We'll cover everything in our initial discussion.

How much time and effort will be required from me?

The time and effort required will depend on the project and your needs. I like to get input from clients, but it depends on whether you want to be really involved or take a step back. I'll handle most of the heavy lifting, but your input is crucial. Initially, you'll need to provide information and feedback, which will taper off as we progress. I aim to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible for you.

How much do your marketing services cost?

The cost of services depends on the type and scope of the project. For custom projects and ad-hoc support, I provide tailored solutions based on your unique needs. How are payments and invoices handled?

Payments and invoices are handled securely and conveniently. I typically use QuickBooks for online invoicing, and you can pay via bank transfer or other secure methods. We’ll discuss a payment schedule that works for you during our initial conversation.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. I believe in transparency, so all costs will be clearly outlined in the proposal. If any additional expenses arise, I’ll communicate them upfront to ensure there are no surprises.

Strategy & Support

How will we communicate during the project?

I tend to speak through a combination of email, WhatsApp, and scheduled phone or video calls. I'll provide regular updates and be available for any questions or discussions needed to ensure the project's success. This multi-channel approach ensures we stay connected and can address any issues promptly.

What are your working hours, and are you available outside these hours?

My normal working hours are 9 AM to 5 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. However, for some projects, I'm open to working outside these hours to accommodate your needs and get work completed.
